Candyce created Candyce’s Fashion and, The Candy Garvey Line to empower people, share stories with her clothing, and teach her community about the Pan-African movement and Marcus Garvey. Her clothing line is red, black, and green. The red represents the blood of the people, the black illustrates the blackness of her people, and the green is a symbolic interpretation of the land and wealth of Africa.
The Rebellion Fashion show is Candyce's second fashion show. On 9.11.21 Candyce directed, and produced the fashion show and wedding scene for Dr. Umar Johnson’s Block Party in Delaware. Candyce introduced Candyce’s Fashion and, The Candy Garvey line fashion line at the event. She also designed the wedding dresses and modeled for the Dr. Umar Johnson wedding scene.
Candyce is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who is healing with fashion. Candyce believes you don’t have to spend a lot of money to look good every person is beautiful, and that beauty is not something you can purchase. Candyce is available to help you create your own style and her clothing will be available on her Insight of New England website.

S.U.R.E. Fashion Group
Mission is to teach children about the fashion industry and careers they may want to pursue. This group will help children improve self-esteem, social skills, and vocational skills. The youth will have direct mentoring and individual goals. The youth in this program will also participate in a fashion show.

Cost: This is a FREE program provided by the S.U.R.E. Program, a non-profit that aids in resolving safety in the community. Donations to help the S.U.R.E. Program are welcome and appreciated.
